<p>磁性产品能走空运吗？回答是肯定的。前提需要委托专门做消磁包装,所谓的消磁，其实磁性并没消失，只不过是单位包装里的物品重新组合，使单位包装对外显示的磁性达到国家规定的航空安全运输要求。</p>
<p>磁铁（磁棒）走空运时为防止对航空器仪表特别是罗盘仪表产生干扰，托运人对磁性材料应当按照下列方式进行包装：</p>
<p>1.磁控管和照度计等仪器、装置的相反磁极须相对放置。</p>
<p>2.永磁体材料必须加装保磁性衔铁或者进行屏敝，以防磁场造成罗盘仪表偏差。无源解码消磁板通常所说的泡沫包装。</p>
<p>3.磁性材料的每一包装件必须按照国际航协规则的规定正确标记和标贴。</p>
<p>4.确保在货物托运前，距包装件表面4.6米（15英尺）处测得的磁场强度不超过 0.418A／m（0.00525高斯）。</p>
<p>5.大件外建议木箱包装。</p>

<p>首先，表磁的定义：表磁是指磁体表面的磁感应强度，磁铁表面的所呈现出来的表次数据只是磁铁本身对测量工具的一个数据反映，由于每款测量工具的感应不一定准确，所以，磁铁产品的表磁问题也没一个确定的规范，最常见的就是把数据的公差范围放大，或者直接根据自身产品来进行要求，毕竟，数据只是可观的表现。</p>
<p>一般测量磁铁表磁的测量工具都使用高斯计，也叫特斯拉计，方便携带。然而，由于每个厂家生产的产品都没一个特定的标准，也因为高斯计上的霍尔感应元件不一样，霍尔感应强度的不同，所测量出来的表磁也就不一样，最简单地来说，同一款产品，我们用国产的高斯计去测，如果说测量出来的表磁强度是3000GS，（GS：表磁单位）而换成日本高斯计来测量的话，因为高斯计上的霍尔感应元件的质量问题，日本高斯计所测量出来的表磁要高大约200GS左右。所以说，一款产品，如果光看表磁问题，是不能判断磁铁产品是好还是坏。</p>
<p>而我们所说的磁性，通常是指能吸起铁钴、镍等物质的性质称为磁性，我们可以做个小实验来验证磁性存在：</p>
<p>1、把磁体放到铁屑（或大头针）里，然后把它拿出来，磁体能吸引铁屑（或大头针）如图3．22－1所示。</p>
<p>2、磁体隔着某些物质（如木板、玻璃）放到铁屑（或大头针）里，磁体仍有吸铁现象。</p>
<p>3、把磁体放到木屑或铜片（粉）内。磁体不能把木屑或铜片吸起来。</p>
<p>那么从以上的小实验不难看出，磁性强可以吸起更多的大头针，如果磁性弱，那么肯定能吸引起的大头针就小了。如果我们用高斯计去测量这两个磁铁，那么，结果肯定是吸起较多的大头针的磁铁表磁要高，这说明一个什么问题呢，当然是磁性越强的磁铁，磁能积也就越高，打个简单地比方说，我们把磁性比喻成水，就像一个桶，同样装满一桶水，磁性强的这个桶装水的重量要比磁性弱的桶重，为什么会重，唯一能解释的就是磁性强的桶水的密度要比磁性弱的桶里的水密度大。</p>
<p>不难看出，磁力、磁性、表磁这些我们经常说到的专业术语，其内部的关系涉及到磁铁的许多物理性质，同一款规格的产品，也许就因为磁能积的不同而磁性不同，这里要申明一点，表磁不等于磁性。 剩磁跟表磁成正比，提升磁力就要提升剩磁，提高剩磁就是要提高牌号，牌号越高剩磁越高，磁能积同样。</p>
<p>所以，表磁越高磁力不一定就越强，跟磁铁的体积大小，性能牌号，使用方式等都有一定关系。</p>

<p>一根好的强力磁棒应该做到磁感应线空间分布均匀，最大磁感应强度点分布尽量充满整根强力磁棒，因为一般是放在移动的产品传送线路中，强力磁棒表面应该光滑阻力小，不含对环境有害的物质，避免污染物料和环境。</p>
<p>磁棒在使用与<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E6%B5%81%E4%BD%93" target="_blank" rel="noopener">流体</a>接触的过程中内部磁能会有部分不可逆的损耗，损耗超过最初强度30%或者表面包的铁皮，不锈钢钢钢管磨损破裂的时候，这时需要更换磁棒，而不能让漏出磁铁的磁棒继续工作，磁铁一般都比较脆，表面也涂了些油料，对环境污染比较大。国内磁棒生产企业一般磁棒能在重负荷下工作1-2年，轻负荷下工作7-8年</p>

<h3><strong>陷阱一：采用更薄的钢管</strong></h3>
<h3><strong>缺点：降低磁棒使用寿命</strong></h3>
<p>高斯计探头距离磁铁越近，测量的表磁值越高，采用更薄的钢管就可以降低磁铁牌号而达到相同的表磁。我们根据经验和优化，采用0.5mm-0.8mm壁厚的不锈钢管，既能满足磁场的需求又能有较长的使用寿命，反之采用0.3mm壁厚的管子，物料颗粒时刻与管壁摩擦，更容易把管子磨穿，首先是污染物料，其次是磁铁锈蚀报废。</p>
<h3><strong>陷阱</strong><strong>二：减小磁铁的体积</strong></h3>
<h3><strong>缺点：磁棒表面凹凸不平</strong></h3>
<p>一般是缩小磁铁的直径但是保持导磁片的直径不变。</p>

<p>通常验收测量都是在导磁片区域，该区域也是磁极最大值，所以磁铁直径减小一点对表磁影响不大，但是造成了薄壁钢管不是全部填充，小直径的磁铁使管壁凹下去，应力集中在突出的部位，这个部位最易破损。</p>
<h3><strong>陷阱</strong><strong>三：填充有缺损的磁铁</strong></h3>
<h3><strong>缺点：磁场不均匀</strong></h3>
<p>缺角和磕边的磁铁属于残次品，价格很低，但是密封于磁棒中，外观上看不出来，也很难通过其他方法检验。由缺损磁铁组成的磁棒除铁效率会变差。</p>
<h3><strong>陷阱</strong><strong>四：使用“二等品”磁铁</strong></h3>
<h3><strong>缺点：各批次的一致性无法保证</strong></h3>
<p>所谓二等品是由顶级大厂因为各种原因判定为不合格的磁铁，但在磁过滤应用上没有问题。有些厂家购买这些低价二等品，质量没有问题。但是这类产品不是随时都有，而且以圆形薄片为主，用磁极观察片查看，上方是正规定做的磁铁，磁极分布大且均匀，下方是多个圆薄片的磁极分布，杂乱无章不均匀。</p>
